GoTake me Home.com was an idea conceived from the overwhelming complaints by home buyers. Many people have conveyed that they were very dissatisfied with their new home buying experience. Some said that they were overwhelmed by the amount of options and lack of information about those options. Others complained that they felt like the sales person at the builder’s model ran over them and forced the sale before they knew exactly what they were buying. We have even been told by a client that they made a purchase because they couldn’t find other model homes and were tired of wandering around aimlessly.

The homebuilders are not the enemy and most are not out to get you, but sales people live off of commission. It’s not that they don’t care about you, they just care about themselves more.
